In a catastrophe event, NthStar Pty Ltd understands the trauma our customers have sufferedwhen losing their family homes and prized, hard earned possessions. Therefore, to ensure our customer is comforted through such traumatic events, NthStar Pty Ltd ensures that the customer service aspect of the repair process is maintained to a premium standard, as we understand that comfort and peace of mind is a critical aspect in the initial recovery phase following the event.

NthStar Pty Ltd can provide the following catastrophe services whilst maintaining the expected levels of service.

  • Response within 48 hours (subject to accessibility)

  • Initial customer contact within 2 hours

  • 48 hours after notification to conduct site inspection

  • 72 hours after inspection for quote/causation report submission
